Due to our flat company structure and direct management principles Star Mountain Treks can provide the best price policy balancing value for money with quality of experience. Star Mountain Treks employs a referral based discounts policy. Should you be referred to us by a previous customer a discounted price is available.
Special price packages are also available for student groups or groups more than 12 people.

Mr. Man Bahadur Gurung is the founder of Star Mountain Treks (P) Ltd. He was born and grew up in (Tanahun), East Nepal. From a young age, he was fond of nature and hiking in various parts of the Himalayas. He finished his entire school life in Tanahun and went to Kathmandu for his further education. He can speak Korean and English fluently.
He has an experience and expertise more than 10+ years of trekking & tour related field. Through his diligence and hard work, Man Bahadur became a leader in Nepal's tourist industry. He has led numerous treks all over Nepal, Tibet, and India. His caring dedication to his clients and his crew makes him a unique and sought-after travel partner for adventurers from all over the world. This young, energetic, and well-qualified man wants to give his best to Star Mountain Treks and ultimately wants to contribute towards Nepal’s tourism for its betterment.

Star Mountain Treks is a government registered and professional trekking and Adventure Company based in Kathmandu, Nepal. Our first and foremost priority is to provide the best possible service and make the booking process easier for our customers. In doing so we have certain terms and conditions that applies to all our products and services which are important for our clients to know before they book with us. We recommend you to go through our terms and conditions before you make a booing with us.
General Booking Conditions:
You need to provide us with a scan copy for your passport and 20% advance payment in order to confirm your booking with us.
The due amount can be paid to us directly upon your arrival at our office.
Note: 20% advance payment is non-refundable in case of cancellation.
Note: If you wish to pay using credit cards, 3.5 % extra is charges as the bank fee.

The Company will not hold responsibility for any loss or delay that occurs during the transfer process. Sometimes the money received by us can be less than the stated amount because of the mediator bank or any other issue. If anything like this happens, then you are requested to pay us accordingly after you arrive in Kathmandu.
After depositing the booking fee, email us the bank reference number or remittance slips. Sometimes the bank forwards the money with a changed name. If we have reference number/remittance slips and sender details, it will be easy for us to check.
